Machamp Blade Field Base

An endless-blade-field display base set in a desert battleground. Four repeated sword designs — a broad greatsword, a knightly longsword, a heavy execution cleaver and a gently curved katana — form a crescent around the outer rear rim, with only a few sparse blades at the front and a clean central platform left open for the figure. Every blade enters the ground through a crisp seam: the sand never climbs or wraps the steel, keeping the look of terrain that has been fought over again and again.

The paint job splits the work between ground and weapons. The base stays a dry ochre brown with pale drybrushing along the cracks to bring out the weathered sand, while the blades are knocked back to a matte silver-grey with blue verdigris on the crossguards and dark leather-brown grips. The ring of steel reads clearly against the earth tones without stealing attention from the pale blue Machamp standing at its centre.
